Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 business days which is additional to the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

MOVE FOR LEX items are based on different shipping times;

items have up to a 10-day process/ handling time to organise the order prior to your shipping method.

Delivery delays are also possible due to ongoing border restrictions causing delay issues.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within  8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
